Refund policy

1. Register return
Before returning a product, we ask you to register a return via email: administratie@jfashion.nl. Please include:

• Order number
• Article number
• Reasons for return

After receiving your email, you will receive a return number from us, after which you can send the product back or possibly exchange it.

2. Return address

3. Conditions for return

• The product must be unworn and have all original labels and the original packaging.
• If the product has been worn or the original labels have been removed, Padel73.nl reserves the right to return the product at the consumer's expense. In that case, the purchase amount cannot be refunded.

4. Return shipping costs
The cost of the return shipment is the customer's responsibility.

5. Refund
As soon as your return is received and approved by Padel73.nl, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days.
